Return & Refund Policy

At Frogism, your satisfaction is our priority. Because every item is custom-printed on demand especially for you, we have a specific returns policy outlined below. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Our Policy

As a print-on-demand brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guides before purchasing)
  • Colour variations due to screen display differences

We strongly encourage you to review the product size guide and description carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, wrong product, print defect, etc.)

Once we review your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • A free replacement of the item
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
