At Frogism, every order is made just for you. As a print-on-demand brand, your items are produced after you place your order, which means a little extra time goes into making your gear perfect before it ships.

Production Time

All orders require a production period of 3–5 business days before they are dispatched. This is the time needed to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a qualifying threshold, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
